Salute to Greene County Law Enforcement & Firefighters

September 15 @ 6:00 pm

$60

The Greene County 100 Club presents its fourth annual Salute to Greene County Law Enforcement & Firefighters on Friday, September 15, 2023 at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center.

The event, presented by Reliable Toyota, Lexus, BMW and Audi, recognizes the brave men and women who protect Greene County each day and raises money to continue to fund the mission of this great organization. The organization gives immediate financial support to the surviving families of a law enforcement officer or firefighter lost in the line of duty.

Kim Roberts, widow of Deputy Sheriff Aaron Roberts and recipient of the Greene County 100 Club’s fundraising efforts said “In September 2018, after Aaron passed, the Greene County 100 Club brought me immediate financial peace of mind that I could continue to put one foot in front of the other. It truly meant the lights would stay on, the pantry would be full and that life could logistically keep moving while we started our grieving process.”

Kirk Elmquist, CEO of the Branson Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau will be the emcee for the evening and the keynote address will be from former US Attorney and 8th generation Missourian, Tim Garrison.

As U.S. Attorney, Tim was the chief federal law enforcement officer for a large district covering 66 counties and a majority of the state’s population. He led an office of nearly 150 prosecutors and support staff, and advised two Attorneys General of the United States on matters of terrorism and national security, and violent and organized crime.

Guests will also see a documentary-style video created by the organization that highlights the good work of the organization and honors three of the men who lost their lives serving Greene County.

Greene County 100 Club President, Bob Cirtin said “The Greene County 100 Club is a wonderful organization that exists to provide financial support to the families of our law enforcement officers and firefighters who are killed in the line of duty. They truly make the ultimate sacrifice while protecting us and our organization exists to help their families when they need us the most.”

Tables, tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available at www.greenecounty100club.com.

The event begins with a reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and the program at 7 p.m.
