From winter weather alerts and preparing your home to power outages and other risks, the Springfield-Greene County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) presents the hazards of winter and how to prepare for them.

Adults are invited to attend Winter Preparedness at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8, in the Library Station Frisco Room, 2535 N. Kansas Expy.
