Imagene Eddings, 92 of Nixa, graduated to her heavenly reward Saturday, July 23, 2022.
She was a member of Grace Apostolic Church in Nixa, MO. She was joined in marriage to James Eddings December 25, 1946. She supported her husband in ministry for 64 years. During that time they built a Home Missions church in Boulder, CO where they pastored for 12 years. In 1969 they assumed leadership in Mountain Home, AR. where they served until their retirement in 1999.
Imagene is survived by; four sons, Michael and his wife Cynthia of Highlandville, MO., Larry and his wife Rebecca of Willard, MO., Charles and his wife Debbie of Highlandville, MO., Tom and his wife Rhonda of Ozark, MO.; one brother Roger Hale of Republic MO; 12 Grandchildren, April Sweet of Highlandville, MO., Ashley Stone of Springfield, MO., Brandon Eddings of Springfield, MO., Caci Young of Chadwick, MO., Elaine Casteel of Willard, MO., Lerin Eddings of Willard, MO., Marc Eddings of Bruner, MO., Michael Eddings II of Highlandville, MO., Raymond Eddings of Springfield, MO., Richard Eddings of Arlington, VA., Rodney Eddings of Fort Collins, CO., Russell Eddings of Pryor, OK., 25 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 26, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Springfield, MO
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, July 27, at Greenlawn Funeral Home East, Springfield, MO with Pastor Terry Black and Rev. Larry Eddings officiating.
Burial will be held in Hopewell Cemetery, Rogersville, MO.
