Keith Herbert Sperry, 75 of Nixa, entered into rest on Monday, December 26, 2022, in Springfield.
Following high school, Keith joined the United States Navy. He was only 17 years old. He was stationed in Japan during the Vietnam War. While in the Navy, Keith worked in communications.
On February 14, 1970, Keith was united in marriage to Sheila White. To this union, two daughters were born, Angela and Kim. Together, they were members of the Greater Kansas City area Dahlia Society. As a team, Keith and Sheila grew the most beautiful dahlias. They won it all at the Missouri State Fair for 7 years, bringing home sweepstakes, best of class and most perfect bloom.
Keith was a member of Riverdale Baptist Church of Nixa. Graveside services will be officiated by Pastor Jamie Bilyeu at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Delaware Cemetery in Nixa, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of Adams Funeral Home, Nixa.
