Brenden Isaac Cowin, 25 of Billings, passed away unexpectedly on July 3rd, 2022.
He attended Republic High School and graduated in 2015. He went on to attend college at Ozark’s Technical Community College for a few semesters but decided it wasn’t for him, and ended up leaving to work. He worked an array of odd jobs including Price Cutter, Ruby Tuesdays, and AWG Warehouse. His final line of work was working alongside his father for the family business Accurate Appliance Repair.
Brenden spent his free time living life to its fullest. He had an immense passion to be the fastest on the road, and it wouldn’t be surprising if he sped past you at some point in his life.
Brenden is survived by a heartbroken family; his father Matthew “Matt” Cowin and mother Heather Cowin (Gideon) of Billings, Missouri; paternal aunt, Regina “Gina” Cowin of Springfield, Missouri; paternal aunt Teresa Crow of Aurora, Missouri; grandparents Brent and Kathy Whitener of Crane, Missouri; older brother, Cory Nesbitt and his partner, Holli Brown of Springfield, Missouri; bonus siblings TJ and Alexis Gold of Springfield, Missouri. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends and ‘brothers’ that will forever miss him.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Rescue One in Springfield, Missouri to honor his love of animals.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 8th, 2022 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home. Celebration of life services will promptly follow at 3:00 P.M.
Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Ltd. – DeGraffenreid-Wood-Crematory, Springfield, MO.
