Giving Tuesday is over … and we’re so grateful to everyone who participated and helped us meet both our challenge match goals! You can still help us build a firmer foundation for our future. Through December 31, thanks to NewsMatch — a collaborative fundraising movement supporting independent, public service news outlets like us — your one-time tax-deductible gift, or twelve monthly gifts, will be matched dollar for dollar (up to a total of $15,000). Your dollars count twice when you give before December 31!

In our first year of publishing, we’ve made a difference in our community by publishing almost 1,500 stories that have touched your lives and made a difference. Our business model relies heavily on subscriptions: we believe news worth publishing is news worth paying for. But, we also depend on your 100% tax-deductible gifts to help us pay our reporters, fund our day-to-day expenses, and build a solid foundation for our future. Please give as generously as you can so that we can keep creating great journalism — for you, your family, your friends, and your neighbors. Thank you!

Please fill out the form below. Required fields are marked with *. You can also mail a check to Springfield Daily Citizen, 901 S. National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65897.

If you would prefer to donate by phone, want to make a gift in honor or in memory of someone, or would like to discuss a Community Foundation of the Ozarks interfund transfer, please contact Lindsey McDaniel at 417-837-3665 or lmcdaniel@sgfcitizen.org.

Many employers also match gifts! If you donate to this campaign, and your employer matches your gift, your dollars will count twice. Ask your employer if your gift is eligible for matching!
