Charlotte V. Rinkoski, 99 of Springfield, passed away on September 8, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Charlotte was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker. During her later years, she returned to the workforce, finishing her career at the General Electric Specialty division in Columbus, Ohio. Charlotte was a devout Catholic and member of Immaculate Conception Church in Springfield, Missouri.
Charlotte is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Philip P. and Patty Rinkoski; a daughter, Paula R. Haggard; granddaughters and their husbands, Carrie and Shane Nelson, and Katie and Brandon Hoffman; and a great granddaughter, Sophia Nelson.
Visitation will be held from 10:30am-11:30am Friday, September 15, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where her Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am with Msgr. Tom Reidy, Fr. Tom Kiefer and Fr. Charles Peirano will be celebrating.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO 65806.
Charlotte will be laid to rest with her late husband, Paul, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, Nevada under the care and direction of Boulder City Family Mortuary, 833 Nevada Way, Boulder City, Nevada 84005.
