Patricia June (Slavens) Maples, 90 of Springfield, passed away at 12:53 am on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Cox South Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri.
Patricia was born in Springfield, Missouri to parents; George William Slavens and Chrisy E. (Hurley) Slavens on June 5, 1933. She was the last surviving of 11 children and leaves many family members and friends who dearly miss her.
A Memorial Service will be held for Patricia on Monday September 25, 2023, starting at 12:00pm with Pastor Tom Maples officiating.
A Memorial Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service, starting at 11:00am.
Her service will be held at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, located at 500 E. Walnut Street in Springfield, Missouri.
