On November 17, 1953, at the age of 17, Glenn enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he completed several years of training in what became his life-long career as an aircraft mechanic. On April 23, 1978, Glenn was ordained as a Deacon at Calvary Baptist Church in Enid, Oklahoma.
Glenn is survived and missed by his loving wife, Elma Louise (Mayo) of 70 years. Forever cherished and remembered by his daughter, Tina and her s/o, Ed McCune; his three grandchildren, Madison Barletta with husband Sean, Bailey Howery and husband Jared, and Samuel Martin and s/o Sara O’Malley, and Glenn’s pride and joy great-granddaughter, Sadie Grace Howery.
