I am thrilled that Phelps County Bank has offered to buy the Downtown YMCA building! I have many friends and colleagues in Phelps County and at PCB. At a time when many of our historic landmarks are being razed, I’m confident that the Downtown Y will be preserved and restored! Thank you PCB!
