Geraldine Ruth Vaughan, age 83 of Republic, Missouri, passed away on the evening of March 13, 2024, in her home with family by her side. She was born Sept. 26, 1940, at home in Ozark, Missouri, the daughter of Oren and Eva (Hale) Vaughan.
She was a nurse’s aide at Fremont Manor in Springfield for over 30 years, caring for countless people in her lifetime.
She was preceded in death by her parents Oren and Eva (Hale) Vaughan, and a niece Anita Louise. Geraldine is survived by her sister, Shirley Bush and her husband David of Strafford, Missouri and her nieces Christy Hensley and her husband John, Mary Rodriguez of Strafford, Missouri and many other relatives and caring friends.
