Lavatta Mae Carter, 83 of Springfield, passed away on April 22, 2024, at Cox Medical Center South.
Lavatta was united in marriage to Robert (Bob) Carter was blessed with 2 daughters, Robin and Tina.
She is survived by her daughters Robin Pepper and Terry Cutburth; and Tina Freeman and husband Troy; and others.
A visitation for Lavatta will be held on Sunday, 28, 2024 from 6-8 pm at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm, Monday, April 29, 2024 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lavatta’s name to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
