Ruby Faye McKnight, 67 of Springfield, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Springfield, MO.
Ruby dedicated her life to caring for others, serving as an Assistant Housekeeping Director in the nursing home industry.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Fred “Bill” McKnight of the home; daughter Tammy McKnight and companion Steve Barker of Bolivar, MO; son Timothy Hamon and wife Patricia of Marion, VA, a son Richard Carey of Pleasant Hope, MO; and others.
Funeral services to celebrate Ruby’s life will be held in the future.
